Nhà phân tích Rod Hall của hãng JPMorgan vừa tiết lộ thêm một chi tiết đáng chú ý nữa về mẫu iPhone sắp ra mắt của Apple.


Cụ thể, theo Hall, iPhone 8 sẽ không sử dụng công nghệ bảo mật vân tay TouchID. Thay vào đó, mẫu iPhone kỷ niệm 10 năm của Apple sẽ được trang bị công nghệ bảo mật quét khuôn mặt 3D. Như vậy, người dùng không cần sử dụng vân tay nữa mà dùng chính khuôn mặt của mình để mở khóa iPhone trong tương lai.


Hall chia sẻ rằng Apple chuyển sang sử dụng công nghệ quét khuôn mặt để loại bỏ nút home, tạo điều kiện phát triển thiết kế màn hình gần chiếm trọn măt trước cho iPhone mới. Công nghệ quét khuôn mặt sẽ giải quyết được những vấn đề của TouchID như không thể hoạt động khi tay ướt hoặc đeo găng tay.

Mới đây, Apple cũng đã đăng ký một bằng sáng chế cho công nghệ giúp TouchID có thể hoạt động qua một tấm kính màn hình. Có thể thấy, "Táo khuyết" vẫn đang trong giai đoạn tìm kiếm phương thức bảo mật tốt nhất cho các mẫu iPhone trong tương lai.
